Afroofruits is a platform celebrating music and culture from  North Africa. Founded by Bari Abu Bakr, Afroofruits is a way to reconnect to his childhood in Benghazi, Libya. From old hidden gems, to music from the emerging scenes, his mix series is a journey through time and space that captivates the magic of the African continent.

Born out of 70s Algerian counterculture, RaÏ ('opinion' in Arabic) was initially inspired by rock, disco, reggae & house, but now blends drum machines, synths, guitar & darbukas.
